Foreign Lawyer Position

The responsibilities of the position will primarily involve English language contract preparation, including joint venture agreements and stock purchase agreements.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum two years experience in contract drafting and transactional work.
Willingness to live in Taiwan for at least four years.
Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred.

Association Position

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor of law or above.
Admission to local bar associates preferred.
English language ability essential.
